We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a teleshopping or similar environment. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, order placements, and service issues.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Process customer orders using CRM/order management systems.
Resolve customer complaints promptly, professionally, and within defined turnaround times.
Follow up on pending issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and promotions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably teleshopping, telesales, or e-commerce support).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills & experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
