Role: Customer Support Executive (CSE)
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls/chat (loan & credit-related support)
Provide accurate information and resolve issues quickly
Follow up on customer requests and ensure closure
Maintain records of interactions and update systems
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate
Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
0–6 months experience (freshers can apply)
Other Details:
Mobiles are not allowed in the work time, free time can it be used
Day shift, 6 days working
Salary approx. 21k CTC PF ESI - ₹17K in hand
