About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of
Customer Support Associate for Bisleri. The role involves handling customer queries,
resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding services and orders.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality support.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Shift Timings
• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: Fixed Off
