Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Address customer queries related to products, services, and processes

• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions

• Escalate issues when required, following internal protocols

• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation mandatory (any stream)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer support or related role

• Skills Required:

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to understand customer concerns and respond effectively

  • Willingness to work in a rotational environment

Shift & Weekly Off

• Shift: Rotational Day Shifts

• Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
