💬 Communication:

Excellent spoken English skills a must

Swar test minimum score: 51

📄 Experience:

Freshers accepted

International BPO experience (with complete documents) preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹2.4–3 LPA

🌓 Night Shift Allowance: ₹0–3,000 per month

🌟 MIP (Incentive post training):

₹3,000 (for freshers)

₹4,500 (for international voice exp >1 year)

🚌 Transport:

Night/odd hours drop facility (7 pm–7 am)

⏰ Work Details:

Rotational shifts (primarily night shifts)

2 rotational/split weekly offs
