About the Role
Welocity is looking for a Customer Care Executive to connect with our existing clients and coordinate their genetic counselling sessions with our certified Genetic Counsellors over Zoom. This role is similar to managing and scheduling doctor's appointments while ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing clients and coordinate their genetic counselling appointments.
- Schedule Zoom counselling sessions with Genetic Counsellors.
- Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the process.
- Achieve a daily target of scheduling 10–15 counselling sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Calendar, and basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, healthcare coordination, or appointment scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
