Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quick resolutions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
