Job Description – Customer Service Associate (Outbound – Sales & Collections)

We are hiring 100+ Customer Service Associates to join our Outbound Voice Process teams for Tata Motors Sales L1 and Tyger Capital Linguistic. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

• Promote products/services and clearly explain benefits.

• Manage payment reminders and collection follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and resolve issues.

• Update customer information accurately in the system.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales/collection targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Confident, courteous, and customer-centric approach.

• Adaptability to changing processes and requirements.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.

Work Schedule:

• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7).

• Female Candidates: Day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

• 6 working days a week with rotational offs.

Selection Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Interview → Final Assessment.
