Job Description – Customer Service Associate (Outbound – Sales & Collections)
We are hiring 100+ Customer Service Associates to join our Outbound Voice Process teams for Tata Motors Sales L1 and Tyger Capital Linguistic. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Promote products/services and clearly explain benefits.
Manage payment reminders and collection follow-ups.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and resolve issues.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales/collection targets.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and listening skills.
Confident, courteous, and customer-centric approach.
Adaptability to changing processes and requirements.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
Self-driven and results-oriented.
Work Schedule:
Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7).
Female Candidates: Day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
6 working days a week with rotational offs.
Selection Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Interview → Final Assessment.
