Position Overview-
We are hiring dynamic and articulate Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a US Banking Process, ensuring issue resolution, satisfaction, and compliance with service standards.
Education: Any graduate (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (preferably in US or UK shifts).
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence to handle customer objections and escalations.
Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Work Schedule: Rotational Night Shifts (Any 9-hour shift).
Working Days: 5 days per week (2 rotational week-offs).
Mode of Operation: Work from Office – Velachery, Chennai.
