Job Description

Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

Language Requirement:

  • Fluent in English

  • Hindi is Mandatory

  • Versant Level: 4

Work Schedule:

  • 6 Days Working

  • Rotational Day Shift with Weekly Off

Shift Timings:

  • Female Candidates: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Male Candidates: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary Details:

  • Freshers:

  • CTC: ₹21,500 per month

  • Take Home: ₹16,500 per month

  • Experienced Candidates:

  • CTC: Up to ₹23,500 per month

  • Take Home: Up to ₹18,500 per month

Additional Benefits:

  • Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215
