Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling customer calls and queries.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and provide proper support
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Update customer details in the system
• Provide accurate information about services and products
• Ensure customer satisfaction during calls
Eligibility Criteria
• Female candidates only
• Freshers can apply
• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good communication and listening skills
Language Requirements
Candidates should know any one of the following combinations:
• Hindi + Telugu
• Telugu + Kannada
• Kannada + Hindi
English communication is preferred.
