Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and supporting the pre-sales process to build a strong sales pipeline for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers from assigned databases.
Introduce company products/services and create initial interest.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
2. Data Calling & Management
Work efficiently on provided call lists and databases.
Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Verify contact details, requirements, and preferences for data accuracy.
Record call outcomes and follow-up details properly.
3. Pre-Sales Support
Qualify leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
12th Pass with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
Graduate (Any Stream) – Freshers can apply
Experience
0 – 5 years
Age Limit
18 – 30 years
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Positive and target-driven attitude
Ability to handle rejection confidently
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Prior BPO / Telecalling experience
Experience in telesales or customer handling
