We are hiring a Support Executive to handle client queries related to transactions, portal usage, and services. The role requires communication with clients, tracking transaction status, and coordinating with the operation and technical team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle client queries via Call / WhatsApp / Email / Ticket
Check transaction status from Admin Portal
Provide proper updates to clients
Product demo quality (Training will be provided)
Track pending / failed / hold transactions
Coordinate with operation & technical team
Maintain support tickets & records
Help clients in using portal
Follow up on complaints until resolution
Assist in client onboarding process
Maintain professional communication
We are looking for a Support Executive to join our team Upay Digi India Pvt.Ltd . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. The role offers and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 2-5 yr. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 working daysweek during the Day shift.
