Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for a pure voice process specializing in Mediclaim and Health Insurance. The role requires handling customer queries and resolving issues effectively while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Details:
• Shift Timings: US Shift (Night Shift)
• Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
• Work Location: Malad West
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate
• Mandatory: At least 1 year of experience in an International BPO
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
Compensation:
• Salary up to ₹46,000 per month
