📌 Customer Support Executive (Internal Calling) – Responsibilities

  • Handle internal calls with sales, production, and dispatch teams

  • Coordinate order details between departments

  • Follow up for order status, production updates, and dispatch

  • Maintain proper communication flow inside the company

  • Support team in resolving internal issues related to orders
