Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international process. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and voice, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards while adhering to SLA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via chat and voice

• Manage multiple chats and calls efficiently

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions

• Maintain quality and SLA standards

• Document all customer interactions properly

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate preferred (Undergraduates can also apply)

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

• No MTI / RTI

• Ready for immediate interview and joining
