Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international BFSI process for Voice and Chat support. The role requires handling customer queries professionally, providing accurate resolutions, and delivering high quality service to global customers while maintaining compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Voice or Chat
BFSI background preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Typing speed 35 WPM for chat process
Ability to handle minimum 2 concurrent chats
No MTI or RTI influence
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Ready for immediate interview and joining
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via voice or live chat
Provide accurate and timely resolution to queries
Maintain SLA and quality standards
Document all customer interactions correctly
