Job Summary :
• Receiving and reverting calls of customers to solve queries related to State Bank of India customers, purely Customer Service.
Key Responsibility Area:
Delivery
• Attend inbound calls to solve customer queries, register complaints.
• Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
• Complete understanding of the platform and SBI Products
• Focus on achieving first time right (FTR) for all the handled queries, complaints, and requests
Communication
Proven ability to communicate with customers

Stay closely involved with operations
Qualification:
Graduate (Preferred)/ Undergraduate
Work Experience:
Preferred BPO experience
Assessments:
• Veti - Level 3
• Typing - 15 WPM with 85% Accuracy
• Aptitude/Math & General Affairs & Knowledge
Offered Salary:
Monthly CTC - 16800 Approx.
Monthly Inhand - 13800 Approx. + Incentives
