Handle international customer queries through voice calls or chat support.

Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication.

Resolve issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

Maintain performance standards as per process requirements.

*Excellent English communication skills* (mandatory).

Comfortable with hardcore night shifts (Night shifts only).

Flexible with 2 rotational week-offs.
