Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for candidates to provide voice-based technical support for India customers, assisting with troubleshooting queries related to personal systems and printers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for personal systems and printers.

  • Diagnose and provide efficient technical troubleshooting solutions.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly In-hand: ₹21,000

  • Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2000 per month

 

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

  • Shift Timing: Day shift (Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
