Job Description

We are currently seeking Customer Support Executives to join our team in Ludhiana. This is a full-time opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in the customer service and support domain.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, professional, and effective support across multiple channels while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone
⦁ Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to customers
⦁ Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude in all interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
⦁ Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support requests
Meet or exceed defined customer service quality standards and targets

Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge (email handling, chat tools, standard software usage)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Fast and accurate typing skills
⦁ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple queries
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in customer service (an added advantage, not mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
Strong listening skills and a problem-solving mindset

Good-to-Have

Basic understanding of customer support processes and service etiquette

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
