💼 Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International UK Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and upselling products/services to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with prior BPO experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in international customer service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle international voice calls and assist UK-based customers with queries, complaints, or requests.
Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Upsell products and services wherever applicable, achieving assigned targets.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet process goals and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome (salary: ₹19,000 in-hand).
Candidates with 6 months+ BPO experience are eligible for higher packages (up to ₹30,000 in-hand).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 1:30 PM – 3:30 AM (9-hour shifts).
Comfortable with 5 days working & 2 rotational week offs.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Fresher: ₹19,000 in-hand
Experienced (6+ months in BPO): Up to ₹30,000 in-hand
