We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our inbound voice support team. This is a great opportunity for freshers to begin their career in a professional work environment.

Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Executive

• Process: Inbound – Voice Support (No Sales)

• Location: [Near C21 Mall, Indore]

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: Rotational

• Shift Duration: 9 hours per day

  • For Males: Rotational Shifts

  • For Females: Between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation:

• In-hand Salary: ₹11,000-₹15000 per month

• Training Stipend: ₹200 per day for 30 to 35 attendable training days

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in English

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Freshers can apply

• Immediate joiners preferred
