Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and be capable of handling both outbound and inbound calls efficiently. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Key Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert relevant languages – e.g., English, Hindi].

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).

• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
