Urgently require Customer Service Executive @ Mulund (Mumbai).
Freshers with good communication skill can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer queries via E-mail, WhatsApp and phone.
● Manage order-related inquiries — shipping updates, returns, replacements etc.
● Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics teams for timely resolution.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
● Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
● Polite, patient, and able to handle customers with empathy.
● Basic computer skills — comfortable using Gmail, Excel and WhatsApp Web.
● Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce or fashion is a plus but not mandatory.
