Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Linguistic Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Telugu and Kannada to handle customer calls for the debt recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
Explain outstanding dues, EMI details, and payment deadlines.
Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Fluency in speaking Telugu and/or Kannada is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers are welcome collection experience will be an advantage.
