- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users of the Indian Talent Olympiad platform 🌟


- *Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat πŸ“±

2. Assist participants and parents with registration, payments, and general inquiries about Indian events πŸ“

3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform, competition submissions, and accessing study materials πŸ’»

4. Provide guidance and support to users navigating the Indian Talent Olympiad website and online resources πŸ“ˆ

5. Coordinate with other team members to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner πŸ‘₯

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated system πŸ“Š

7. Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of services πŸ“

8. Stay updated on Indian Talent Olympiad policies, competitions, and events to provide accurate information to customers πŸ“š

9. Make outbound calls informing about Indian Talent products and services upon requirements πŸ“ž


- *Qualifications:*

- HSC / Bachelor's degree in any field πŸ“š

- Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred πŸ“ˆ

- Excellent communication skills in English and other languages (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) 🌎

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and effectively address customer needs πŸ‘₯

- Proficiency in using email, phone, and chat support tools πŸ“±

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment πŸ•’
