Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a Customer Support Associate/Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and prospects.

• Respond to customer queries regarding projects, site visits, bookings, documentation, payments and other property-related matters.

• Maintain regular communication and follow up with customers.

• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• Assist customers with information related to project details, processes and requirements.

• Track customer complaints, requests and issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Follow up with relevant teams on pending customer requests and provide timely updates.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

• Prepare basic reports on customer queries, follow-ups and resolutions.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Relationship Management.

• Experience in Real Estate Customer Support/CRM will be preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable handling calls and communicating with customers regularly.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
