 CTC Domestic: ₹2.6 – ₹3.2 LPA

 Educational Qualification: UGs + Graduates for Domestic

 Work Schedule: 5 Days/week

 Cab facility available with no deductions

 Location: Sector 83, Mohali

About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Experts for Domestic desks

within the Travel/Airline/OTA segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide voice support to travel customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

 Assist with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, Fare Rule Categories, and refund[1]related queries etc.

 Adhere to company protocols, ensuring quality service delivery.

 Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staff to meet performance targets.

 Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.
