Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector 127, Noida
Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)
Upselling Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Provided by the Company
Language Requirement: B1/C1 Level Candidates Required
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant products or services.
Achieve assigned performance and upselling targets.
Maintain a positive customer experience and follow company processes.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates with B1/C1 English communication proficiency are required.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to eligibility.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed in-hand salary of ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month.
Additional upselling bonus of up to ₹5,000 per month.
Cab facility provided by the company.
Day shift.
