About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team at Teleperformance in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery across various platforms. We have multiple processes available, offering opportunities in Voice, Non-Voice, and Blended (both) roles. The assignment to a specific process (Voice/Non-Voice/Blended) will be determined based on the candidate's communication skills and performance in the interview.
Handle customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently via different channels (phone, email, chat).
Diagnose and resolve customer problems, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Adhere strictly to quality and compliance guidelines.
