We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, tracking shipments, updating reports, and providing support related to logistics operations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (in-hand)
Shift: Day Shift 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and polite manner.
Track and monitor daily shipment status.
Coordinate with co-loaders and teams for timely updates.
Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Update and maintain MIS reports regularly.
Do booking and data entry in in-house software.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and internal teams.
Share timely shipment updates with clients.
Maintain records of customer interactions and communications.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream).
1 to 6+ years of experience in customer support or logistics.
Basic knowledge of logistics/shipment process is preferred.
Good communication skills (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
