Handle customer queries effectively via call, email, or chat in Tamil and English
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Resolve product or service issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Fresher – No specific degree or experience required
Language Proficiency:
Must be excellent in Tamil (mandatory)
Must have good communication skills in English
Relocation:
Should be willing to relocate to Indore immediately upon selection
