About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Coordinator Intern to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will assist in managing support operations, coordinating service activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field engineers, and internal teams. This role provides excellent exposure to customer support, service coordination, inventory management, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in managing internal machine servicing and maintenance schedules.
Maintain inventory records of spare parts, tools, and service-related materials.
Prepare and update service reports, documentation, and operational records.
Coordinate with field engineers for service visits, installations, and issue resolution. Communicate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and follow-ups. Provide administrative support to the Customer Support team.
Manage and organize data using MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of service activities.
Support process improvements and daily operational activities.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers or candidates seeking internship opportunities are welcome to apply. MS Office
Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
