Job Description:

• Assist Amazon customers remotely with KYC document collection

• Verify and upload documents using the mobile app/system

• Maintain professionalism and handle customer interactions with care

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months to 1 year of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during the Day shift.
