Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner

  • Guide customers on game rules, offers, memberships, and ongoing promotions

  • Coordinate with operations and technical staff to resolve game or machine-related issues quickly

  • Record daily customer interactions and report issues/escalations to the supervisor
