Location: Ahmed Plaza, Electronic City, Bangalore
Process: FK BO – B&M Batches
Qualification: Graduates only (UGs – 10% exception, case by case)
Experience: 70% Experienced + 30% Freshers
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Off & Shifts: Rotational Off | Rotational Shifts (Day Shift Window: 9 AM – 9 PM)

Language Requirement:

  • English + Hindi (spoken fluently)

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound & outbound voice calls for customer queries and service support.

    • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain call logs, update records, and follow escalation protocols when required.
