Roles and Responsibilities of Customer support

o    Address inquiries about services, billing, and technical issues promptly and professionally.

o    Maintain and monitor Jaze.

o    Diagnose and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, escalating complex cases when needed.

o    Handle billing questions, payments, and account management tasks.

o    Provide step-by-step support for basic troubleshooting and device setups.

o    Resolve complaints, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction to retain loyalty.

o    Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

o    Use empathy, patience, and professionalism to deliver a positive customer experience.
