Customer Support Executive (L1 Technical Support)

Role: L1 Technical Support Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years
Gross Salary: ₹20,000 per month


Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (L1 Technical Support) to handle technical queries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver high-quality support experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and prior customer support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 35–40 customer calls per day and provide timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Offer L1-level technical support to users across Windows and Mac operating systems.

  • Troubleshoot basic system, software, and OS-related issues.

  • Maintain detailed call logs, issue status, and resolution updates.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience (mandatory).

  • Ability to communicate in English and Hindi (intermediate level).

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and general computer operations.

  • Ability to speak any South Indian language is an added advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to meet daily call and resolution targets.
