Job Overview
We are hiring candidates for the PUC (Pollution Under Control) Petrol Pump Operator role. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle emission testing, operating PUC testing equipment, and issuing Pollution Under Control certificates as per applicable government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle emission tests for petrol and diesel vehicles using PUC testing equipment.
- Assist customers visiting the petrol pump for PUC certification.
- Enter vehicle details and test results into the designated system.
- Issue PUC certificates to vehicles that meet the prescribed emission standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle tests and certificates issued.
- Follow government regulations and safety procedures.
- Handle customers professionally and maintain smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Previous experience in PUC testing or petrol pump operations is an advantage.
