ELIGIBILITY :-

Education :- Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (any stream).

Experience :-

Freshers are welcome

Experienced candidates have 6 months experience in Banking and selling.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

WORK TIMINGS :-

Fixed Day Shift :- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off :- Sunday fixed off

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Promote and sell banking products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and

CASA accounts.

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products

• Maintain a positive relationship with customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

• Provide accurate reports to the team leader or manager.

SKILLS REQUIRED :-

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (PL, CC, CASA)

• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
