Job Description

We are hiring friendly and experienced people to help our health insurance customers. If you’ve worked in life or health insurance before and can speak clearly and confidently, this job is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle customer queries related to health insurance policies • Assist in policy servicing, claims, renewals, and issue resolutions • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards • Maintain accurate call records and follow up where necessary.

WHO CAN APPLY: • Must have completed 12th (HSC) • Must have 6 months of experience in life or health insurance • Must have good communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE : Shift Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed) WEEK OFF : Rotational (Off days will change every week) SALARY : Up to Rs. 23,000 per month (CTC)
