Job Title: Email / VRM / Voice Support Executive

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Email/VRM/Voice Support process for our esteemed client, Unity Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Banking or BFSI sector and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Handle customer queries and service requests through voice, email, or virtual relationship management channels.
Maintain customer relationships by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Manage inbound and outbound communication as per business requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer interactions.
Maintain records and update customer data in the CRM system.
Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the client.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and ensure proper resolution.
Education: Graduate (in any stream).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Banking / BFSI domain (Customer Service / Voice / Email / VRM).
Communication: Must have Versant Level 5 proficiency in English.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability.
💰 CTC: ₹32,500 per month
💸 In-hand: ₹28,000 per month
🕒 Shifts: Rotational (as per business requirement)
