Key Responsibilities:
1)Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
2)Resolve customer queries and complaints
3)Provide accurate information about products/services
4)Maintain records of customer interactions
5)Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when needed
Eligibility:
-HSC / Graduate
-Fresher or Experienced
-Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
-Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM to 9 PM
-Location: Navi Mumbai
Skills Required:
-Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
-Basic computer knowledge
-Customer-focused attitude
