We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when required.
Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback scores.
12th in any field (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (added advantage).
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
