Job Summary:

(SHI) works as an extended arm of the SHC. SHI provides range of IT & ITES services to SHC including

product content creation and enrichment a.k.a Item Build. As a Member services Advisor at SHI, you will

be responsible to address member queries pertaining to Product delivery and installation along with

other required duties.

Role & Responsibilities

 You will be handling US English inbound member calls and work in assigned shift/week-offs.

 You have to follow the Policy & Procedure and action as trained/advised.

 You have to recognize, document and alert management of any escalations or incidents.

 You should focus on customer satisfaction while assessing the situation and providing

appropriate service.

 Work with Subject matter expert / Team lead to complete tasks with high quality of

deliverables.

 You will focus on deadlines and deliver within schedule.

 You have to identify process improvement opportunities to improve both agent and customer

experience.

Requirements:

 You should have Excellent Written & Spoken US English along with good typing speed,

 Minimum of 1 year Customer service call experience is a must.

 Willing to work 24•7 – Rotational shifts and Rotational week-offs basis business requirement.

 You should have excellent logical interpretation skills.

 You should be a team player, self-motivated, hungry for success, creative and critical thinker.

 You should review, discuss, and accept feedback and work towards achieving both individual

and team goals.

 Comprehend multiple instructions and follow accurately.

Good to have Skills:

 Knowledge on e-commerce industry is an added advantage

 MS office

Preferred Industry:

 Internet / E-commerce
