Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior sales experience to handle client communication, understand customer requirements, provide appropriate support, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our legal services.
Follow up with leads and prospective clients through calls and messages.
Convert qualified leads into clients by using effective sales and communication skills.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the concerned legal/operations teams to resolve client queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned customer support and sales targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Fluent Kannada is mandatory, preferably a local Kannada-speaking candidate.
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Prior sales experience with lead conversion and follow-up will be preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
Candidates who are target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
