Job Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Customer Support Executive. This position involves handling customer communication, tracking service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and internal platforms
Provide accurate information regarding services and processes
Track and follow up on service requests until closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates
Maintain customer records using CRM or internal systems
Ensure polite, professional, and clear communication
Follow company processes and service standards

Eligibility & Skills
