Job Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Customer Support Executive. This position involves handling customer communication, tracking service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in customer support and grow within a structured organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and internal platforms

  • Provide accurate information regarding services and processes

  • Track and follow up on service requests until closure

  • Ensure polite, professional, and clear communication
