Role: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Function: Call Centre / Outbound Operations
Location:Hosur Road, Bangalore.
Compensation: Up to ₹26,745 CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-time (6 Days/Week, Monday to Saturday; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Fixed Sunday off)
Role Overview
ProAster HR Solutions is hiring dynamic and motivated Tele Counsellors (Domestic) for an outbound student counselling and lead generation process representing Frankfinn institutes. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, inform them about career-oriented courses, and schedule visits for free career counselling sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective student leads to introduce and brief them about various Frankfinn courses.
Career Counselling: Understand students' career aspirations and guide them to attend complimentary, in-person career counselling sessions at Frankfinn centres.
Lead Conversion & Follow-ups: Conduct regular, structured follow-ups with interested candidates to confirm attendance and track visit statuses.
Pipeline Management: Maintain daily calling logs, update lead statuses in the database, and report progress to the team lead.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline; undergraduates (minimum 12th pass with mark sheet/result in hand) are also eligible to apply.
Experience: 6 months to 4 years of hands-on experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
Language Proficiency: Strong, clear verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; working knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
Age Limit: 18 – 34 years.
Gender: Open to all candidates (Female / Male).
Core Competencies: Active listening, convincing skills, objection handling, and persistent follow-up discipline.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Work Days: Monday through Saturday (6-day work week)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off
Salary: ₹26,745 CTC per month
