Speaking with Customer and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound) 

Language – Good in English and Hindi 

Qualification – Mix of graduate and undergraduate (Graduate - v4/v5, Undergraduate V4/V5) 

A mix of experience: Fresher to Experienced - Any 

Salary- 20k take home + incentive 

Shift window -Day rotational Shift for (Female- 7 am to 7 pm) for (Male-7 am to 10 pm)

Week off – Rotational 

Working from Office Only 

Gender Mix – Male / Female
